The cottage is rented per night or by the week. Pre-booking for the summer is reserved for weekly rentals only. In the calendar below you can see if the cottage is available, rented or provisionally booked. If the cottage is provisionally booked, the time is not definitely taken as no contract has been signed yet. Once the cottage is preliminarily booked for a period we will draw up a rental contract. The contract attends to the conditions of the rental. Within 30 days of making the booking (and at the latest 30 days before arrival) a visitor must pay a deposit of 20% of the total rent to be paid, to confirm the booking. Thereafter, the rest of the rent has to be paid, at the latest, 30 days before arrival. The dates will be in the contract. If you need to cancel: Cancellation 30 days or more before the rental period begins and the guest will pay 20% of the total rent to the renter, effectively foregoing the deposit. Cancellation 29 days or less before the renting period begins and the guest pays 70% of the total rent of the period to the renter. In case you would like to book now, please fill in your full name, address, zip/postcode and town together with your telephone number, so that I may send you a contract. The contract will be in the language you use in your interest notification, unless you require otherwise.
